The Lack of Professionalism is Astounding

After being around for two months and having pretty good success so far with about a half dozen photo shoots being cast in a film currently in production and about to be in another starting production, one would think one has nothing to complain about well not so. Answering casting call is a big part of this business and why is one to do when they answer a casting call don't get the job and get no feedback as to why, or you answer one get the job and are waiting without knowing when or if you going to be called to do your part. I know i am if nothing else very professional while on a shoot weather it be photo or video just ask anyone i have worked with. Yes i know and fully understated this is a game and everyone has a life outside of it i also understand people get busy in game as well. Maybe it's just me and they way i was raised but doing other things before getting something else done just seems odd to me anyway i hope this finds all well.
